I recently had shoulder surgery two times and have been out of work for one year. I've started to update the room but with limited funds it now sits.

The homeowner has made a great start by updating this space with beautiful hardwood floors and a neutral wall color. Now we just need to add key pieces that make this a space the entire family can enjoy for years to come.
Given the openness of this space, we are going to focus on the large open wall. Position a larger leather sectional here. It is a great piece that offers maximum seating in a durable leather -- perfect for a high-traffic area. The Omnia Stationary Solutions leather sectional is American-made and features top-grain leather with more than 200 leather options.
This space looks to get great natural light so we want to keep it open and airy. We suggest the Eugene Bourbon leather for this sectional, which will contrast nicely with the wood tone in the floor.
On the opposite wall we want to create a more intimate seating area in which the family can curl up to read a book. We would positioning two 38-inch wide recliners made in America by England Furniture. Like the other pieces, there are over 400 fabric options from which to choose. We would suggest the Escapade Earth fabric as we like its geometric shapes, which add more personality to the space. We would also use this same fabric to add pillows to the leather sectional to once again tie the pieces together.
In between these comfy chairs we have a Custom round end table that also comes with a 36-inch round cocktail table. This table works perfectly with the leather sectional, giving you an ideal place to play your favorite board games with your granddaughter. For these durable tables, we are going to go with a darker stain option, such as White Oak in a Graphite stain finish.
We are confident we have created a timeless space the homeowner will enjoy for years to come while hosting lots of fun family events.
