
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne's NBC) - The Fort Wayne Police Department needs your help identifying a possible individual involved in an Easter morning fatal car crash.
A witness told police a pick-up truck was heading north on Lafayette as a car was turning onto McKinnie from Clinton when the two collided.
Police say the truck hit a pole, injuring four people inside.
Three were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and 17-year-old Samayah Nirobie Barker was pronounced dead at the scene.
The witness said two people from the car fled the scene, leaving the car behind.

The photos above show a male who is described to be about 5'8 - 6'0, slender, around 20 years old, and was wearing a long-sleeve black shirt with blue jeans.
