LAKE CHARLES – McNeese Athletics has officially sold out of all tailgating spots for the 2021 football season.

"Poke Nation is amazing," said Athletics Director Heath Schroyer. "I can't express enough how thankful I am to our fans. Selling out all 140 tailgate spots again this year is truly amazing.

"I'm very excited about this football season and the new tailgate experience we are providing. Poke Nation is excited about the block parties and we can't wait to have The Grove rocking every Friday night!"

FRIDAY NIGHT BLOCK PARTY

The Friday Night Block Parties are new to the scene this fall with the first one this Friday night featuring The Flamethrowers. The free event begins at 7 p.m. and runs until 10:30 at the Alumni Grove. Fans are allowed to bring their own food and drinks and food trucks will be on site as well. The block parties are sponsored by Lake Charles Toyota while the music acts are sponsored by Legacy Jewelers.

Fans can also purchase game tickets at the block party but will need to pick them up at the Will Call window at the McNeese Ticket Office beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday.

To park in the game day lots, parking passes must be purchased. These are the same that will be used for game day. Single game lot passes are $25 or an entire season for $100.
