It's a full house at Noah's Ark Rescue in Chester County, as dozens of animals seek to make their way into the hearts of visitors.
Building up this kind of rescue and sanctuary has been a lifelong dream for President and Founder Candace Scheirer.
"Animals are my passion," Candace said. "I grew up riding horses my whole life, we always had dogs, rescuing them has always been something I've been very passionate about."
Noah's Ark has plenty of different animals of all sizes from five-pound pups to a steer named Big Mac, who weighs a whopping 2,600 pounds.
"It's kind of what sets this organization apart from other rescues that are a dog rescue or cat rescue, we do everything," Candace said.
Candace said she'll take in any animal, from camels, to ducks, cats, horses and even a zebra. Some of the animals are up for adoption, while others are sticking around for the long haul.
"The ones that typically reside here are our sanctuary animals, some stay here before going out to get adopted," Candace explained.
The rescue adopts out animals to neighboring Berks County, Allentown, and surrounding states.
Candace said her favorite part of the job is helping animals find their forever homes. "It's an amazing thing to see," Candace said, smiling.
That passion is what keeps her going, because despite all the clean-up and long hours, the love shown by these animals is the best reward of all.
